It struck me how the dialogue in this was so...natural, I guess. The words were so true to the characters - Leo being all socially awkward and Piper clever and concerned. You have this knack for getting into a character and bringing him/her out through your writing. Kudos to you!
"Your pants are on fire." -greatest line in a story. XD That's such a great idea! And it's HILARIOUS.
I love when people write about Leo or from his perspective - he and Frank seem like the most underappreciated demigods, which gets on my nerves, because I absolutely adore all of them.
Constructive criticism? All I would suggest is maybe add a bit more description around the dialogue, but honestly, the way you wrote it seems like it could be from Leo's thoughts...kind of...idk. It just worked. :D
