| sandipi chapter 7 . 2/8/2018 I was in the Navy and sailor is more PC. Seaman got semen references and seawoman comments. Trust service people to take anything to it's most basic point and jump on it. There may be other reasons I don't know. |

| Seren ferch Dafydd chapter 6 . 2/27/2017 Love the story, but you do have one minor error as Homeland Security cannot actually deport a naturalized US citizen. It would take a trial before a Federal judge showing that Ziva had obtained her status as a Permanent Resident Alien [i.e. Green card] and later citizenship by fraud. Ziva was granted a Green Card as part of a deal with the State Department in exchange for intelligence on Mossad and Israel. Of course that doesn't mean Homeland couldn't try to do it, just that they couldn't succeed. |

| willowtree chapter 7 . 3/25/2016 Total pedantry here, but the saying 'you have another thing coming' (~1895) actually predates 'you've got another think coming' (~1905). The second very rapidly overtook the first in terms of popularity and the first is only recently making a comeback. 'Think' does seem to make more logical sense, but 'thing' makes a more grammatical sentence, and it's very difficult to hear the difference when spoken aloud. At this point, we just have to consider it to be a regional variance. |
