It is exactly what I found here, your story is wonderful, advancing in the right times, good development of characters and an exquisite narration. I spent days trying to link Edward with the death of the Rockbells and the last chapters left me speechless, I laughed and I cried with this story and I declare myself in love. I see you have not updated since 2015 and I read that you went through difficult times, I hope things are going better and I can read a next chapter soon. I'll be waiting no matter how long you take. Wow! Such an awesome idea for a story and wonderful writing! The plot reminds me of the movie Another Earth! If you haven't seen it, it's wonderful but sad! sorry for that haha, i just really like this story and am upset that there's no part after this. i understand that you have a personal life and things that happen that may or may not be big enough to inform your readers of. i do hope you'll update soon though :)

as for the story in itself, the plot at first centers around a typical romance with that one twist of a college student x her professor. i rather enjoy the twist in all honesty, and the things it brings to the table. then BAM! everything goes to shit, for lack of a better term. ed's got demons, winry's got demons, and they've got demons with each other but they love each other so much and AHHHH i love his story!

ed's colder, more detached, personality makes me think of his brotherhood personality (as his original fma personality is more sympathetic although aloof), and it fits the story perfectly. winry's nosy and compassionate personality is 100% in character, especially considering her backstory, and i love it.

sheska x al was an interesting choice. never would've seen that coming. however, i don't pay much attention to al ships, thus everyone x al is fine with me (save winry x al because edwin is my favorite couple in this show i swear).

i adore your writing style, although it's kind of clumped together in long paragraphs that make my eyes skim over it a bit. maybe that's simply the attention span of an adolescent, maybe it's just my attention span; i'm not quite sure.

i'm so excited to see what happens next. i do hope you update this year :)) keep up the fabulous work!

I really really REALLY have fallen in love with this story! I never really read AU of FMA, this is only the 2nd one and I really enjoyed it and am dying to know how Ed and Winry are going to recover from this.
