Well done, the emotions you explored of these two are not that far off from what the last two episodes hit on, and getting the three little words in there may be the most unbelievable part of it, but, since it is a one-shot fanfic it's constrained and therefore understandable.

A bit rushed into the confession since Spike lost his first love Julia... But nice.
