Amazing! The politics the friendship the characterization! Absolutely lovely! I gotta say I loved the Sokka appreciation and the bromance with Zuko. This was so satisfying!

After a recent rewatch of A:TLA, I was craving some well written Sokka fanfiction. This story delivered in a way that was breath taking. I am really a fan of how you show Sokka's depth of character and how you do so through the eyes of Zuko. All of the characters had the depth I've always imagined from the show and so very well handled. Interesting underlying plot surrounded with intrigue and angst but driven by the characters. I really enjoyed reading this and thank you for sharing it.

This was a really nice story.. I actually really enjoyed it. You have a nice writing style and I liked the way you made me look t Sokka and how his inability to bend affected him. Great work!

Reading back through your Avatar stuff (obviously.) This is soooo good. Writing combat can be super tricky. It takes a balance of clarity and poetry, as well as a profound understanding of character. Super well done.

I really enjoyed how this story really explored how others might see Sokka since he is a non-bender, surrounded by benders. It was something the show didn't shy away from necessarily either, although it focused more on how Sokka felt than how others saw him. I also like that you've built your own canon, sort of, and that your stories are connected. Keep writing!

I love how it all ties neatly, and how Zuko acknowledges Sokka's isolation yet fails as well. It really resonated with me, and it's truly a story about how to pick yourself up again. Thank you for sharing! It's definitely something I think I'll come back to again and again.

Just wow. I love the style of your writing, especially the amount of detail you put into painting the scene. I especially enjoyed reading your description of the prison, and it even made me shiver just a little bit. But I simply love Zuko and Sokka friendship fics and I'm excited to see how this develops!
