This one shot makes sense...though I don't think rhodey is thinking as a military guy and more as a concerned friend

I thought that you had the characters and their reactions down, but I didn't feel that there was any kind of resolution at the end.

Nice little story. It's always cool to see interactions with Bruce and Pepper or Bruce and Rhodey, particularly considering Rhodey's military background.

I know this says complete so I'm guessing you were going for a one shot, but I think if you were up to it this could develope into a great multi chapter in which Rhodey and Bruce end up in the middle of something which drives home Bruce's personality to Rhodey.
