It was interesting but the inconstancy in characterization made the story hard to follow.
Klaus was really abusive at the beginning. the change appeared only at the end and made was out of nowhere. His characterization took a 180 and it made no sense. Reading your story in one block made me question Caroline sanity, she should have left and not fall in love with him.

I know it was written 5 years ago. Hope you got better at constancy

Just finished this story, and it was so fun!

This story is very unrealistic. They just fall in love all of a sudden. It's half fifty shades of grey and half fantasy romance. Not my thing.

Just finished this story. I honestly wish there was a little more structure behind the relationship. Klaus comes off as abusive, and we never really get to see him work through it, he's just magically better in the epilogue. It had a decent backbone, but needed more in the details. Overall, an okay story.

I honestly hate Nik in this fic. I don't like how he treats Caroline or how he overlooks his own actions and how selfish he is. He does things without thinking about others. this is legit an extreme, yet not, version of fifty shades. he is a dom, she is a sub, yet she has a backbone. he controls her and she controls his heart, but here he is an overall dickwad and I think he doesn't give a damn about anyone other than himself.
