In relation to your author's note, why didn't you save the chapter, or copy and paste it so it could be added again? :D I always do that. Just a tip. Or was Word so bad, you couldn't even do that? :D

Hey! Just something I noticed; when Gobber was thinking of a name for Hiccup, 'Horrendous' was the third one he came up with, and 'the Third' is in Hiccup's name! Could this be a reference to this? :D

Oh, Hiccup, you've got such a bright head on your shoulders, but what made you think Gobber was the way to go for this kind of advice?

I still loved it of course. Gobber pulling him in for a noogie made my heart melt. I love the chapters with older Hiccup! Well, actually, you know by now that I love chapters with Hiccup at any age, so long as they are sprouted from your very talented self. But, if you're up to any requests, I'd really love to see how Gobber acquired his dragon. Obviously, Hiccup had to be heavily involved. I don't care if it takes 87 years. :) Thanks for the great reads up until now, and I'm already itching for the next update!

Little kid Hiccup is such a cutie pie (before he turns into the snarky, little bastard we all know and love), and his constant streams of interruptions during Gobber's storytelling were just hilarious. Of course, he's always been an inquisitive one, straight from the cradle. Great chapter, as per usual!

Haha this was great. The best part was Hiccup lamenting the fact that Gobber didn't find his movements were strange at all because they were apparently so similar to his usual ones.

Yay, I was hoping you'd have some Toothless and Gobber thrown into the mix! Gobber's pleas and cries for help were just priceless haha. I hope to seepre bonding between these two in the future!

Leave to Gobber to come bounding out of nowhere, out from a blizzard no less, into the chief's house without so much as a knock or annoucement of his arrival, and then proceed to silence the siren screams of baby Hiccup. An incredible tale indeed! Any chapter with Gobber and baby Hiccup is always fun to read.
