Another great story. I like your use of the perspective of an outsider on things here too.

I rarely leave a review (much less than I should) but there's something about this that made me want to comment. Maybe the fact that it was your first fanfic! Clearly you had been writing before that, though. It's really smart to approach the central characters from a POV of someone we don't know that much of and I love the atmosphere it creates. All in all this is a very good read, I love how you described Mulder and Scully and the feeling of the fic is really interesting. Good writing! :)

That was TERRIFIC! Arthur Dales gave Mulder some really good advice, and it's always nice to read stories from the POV of someone who sees just how good Mulder and Scully are together. And, I think most of us Philes can relate to Dales... who wouldn't be jealous of Mulder and Scully? Great, great fanfic!

First of all, I love MSR third person POV stories, and this one is wonderful. Dales can somewhat relate to Mulder in a way no one else can, and he's right, Scully is pretty terrific. Glad Mulder is planning on taking the advice! Great story!
