Wow! Another great story with a meaningful lesson behind it. I think it's adorable that Toothless wants to join Hiccup and the Gang on a camp-out. I mean, when you think about it, Hiccup is the only family he has, so he'll follow Hiccup like how he would've with a thunder of other Night Furies. I wouldn't be surprised if they're really tight-knit social groups or family cell groups more than most dragons. Which would explain Toothless's behavior throughout the film franchise.

Also, I loved how Hiccup laid it out on Snotlout. It was very satisfying to see Hiccup defend his friend. And it just reinforces how much of a friend Toothless was to Hiccup back when he had no one to call friend . . . not even Astrid or Gobber.

And, of course, I loved it when Astrid went after Hiccup and listened to him and pepped talked him in that Astrid-way of hers that just always seems to work. I also loved how she subtly let him know that she wants him for a husband (especially since she practically proposed to him in front of everybody by kissing him) but leaves open the option that he might want to marry some other girl, and letting him know that she would have to be fine with sharing him with Toothless. That's marriage material right there! I'm so glad that Astrid changed for the better, or else I'd have shipped him with Heather (even though I kinda do anyway) from the beginning . . . or would've grabbed Camicazi from the books and ship her with Hiccup (of course, if I did that then Book!Hiccup wouldn't have anyone to get paired with . . . except for maybe Barbara or some other random gal). lol XD

It's kinda sad how if Hiccup is super close to Toothless, then that's fine, but if he does that with a guy, then he's gay; or if he does that with Astrid, then obviously they're together (even though they are, but that's besides the point!). It's just . . . strange logic.

Anyway, I really loved this, and this was just so precious. Keep up the great work!

Such a heartwarming friendship story. The way toothless is acting is true to httyd 2 more than the prequel. He wasn't as, erm, adorable in the first movie.

This was SO sweet and is SO true. Hiccup and Toothless...they're almost nothing without the other. Two sides of the same coin and all that. It's beautiful, their friendship, it really is. A friendship that close and precious is a rare and wonderful thing that most people can only wish to have. :) I love it!
