Question why make a pointless twin who doesn't even care what naruto been through. He could have visit naruto but no his brother was a selfish asshole. The story was good but bring in a twin is just pointless time and ruins the story. So probably going drop this story. However I give you this it is well written and a great story at the beginning.

no offense but naruto was stupid. he should have left the blood clones memory transfer ability and instead put in a minor self destruct that the clone could trigger itself. That would have kept suspicion at bay and witnesses of the information transfer from happening AND with the self destruct added to the seal the clone could have dispelled itself discreetly and kakashi wouldnt have seen the seal at all (which at the distance he would have needed to be to hide from naruto he shouldnt have been able to see it all anyways)
