| docscherer chapter 5 . 4/12/2019 It has never been stated that the trace was a myth It was stated that the trace tracks magic in non magic areas ie muggle places so harry could use as much magic as he wants but as not anywhere else and it would say someone who has magic did it just like in the second book where magic was used by dobby i the dursleys home so it was assumed that he did it |
