Thank you for an amazing story! I loved the dynamic between Belle and Beast. It flowed throughout the story very naturally. I even liked the portrayal of Gaston, jerk that he was. The twist on Belle's father was very realistic and the questions Belle asked of herself resonated with me (I had a similar kind of parent in my life). I thoroughly enjoyed it!

OMG it was so beautiful! I think your snow day scene might be my favorite I've ever read! You clearly had René in your head. There were a few choices you made that I edited in my head, mostly coloring choices, like Belle's hair, and his. But as an author that's you're choice! And I respect that. I just finished your whole story and I'm enamored. I loved the development of their relationship, the fun they had in the snow, playing chess... I was a bit shocked that Belle seemed to be more bitter and violent in your story but with her different background and past it made much sense to me. Although I'm admittedly a bit uncomfortable with Gaston and Drunk!Maurice's fates in the final chapter, I still hold this fic in high regard due to the way that you developed Belle and Beast's relationship throughout. Their interactions here have seeped into my headcanon of how they spent their time together! :) I also like the name that you chose for Beast! :)

This story was great! I loved it! I especially loved the characters. Belle's was really cool, and I loved how strong and independent she was. I loved how kind and loving Beast was. None of the characters were flat, the story wasn't cheesy or cliché, and your character development was great. Overall, great story!
