I love your story so much, this is the type of story that even the original can't compare for me, you found the missing peace of infernal devices and you have added it to the story masterfully. Abby is the type of heroine that's 100% realistic and not overpowered or mary sued so yeah i love you as an author and await for anything you have to offer in the future

Beautiful. Abby is one of the most fleshed out OCs I have ever read, with her bravery, independence and all the petty ness of a teenager. I wasn’t coming in with too much expectation but wow was this an absolute joy to read. She fit in seamlessly into your story and her romance with Jen was breathtaking. Thank you.

This was a great story and I actually prefer "Clockwork Queen" to Cassandra Clare's "Infernal Devices". In her books I just hated Tessa for cheating on both Will AND Jem.
Abby is just the sort of character Infernal Devices needed. Though, I'm not a big fan of the name Abigail, I do like what you did there with Abby being named after her grandmother and her grandmother essentially being named after Abby herself.

I dont know what chapter it was but I just put my phone down and tried to figure out Abby's ancestors. Cx "well I know shes decendant from Will and Tessa. They had two children. So maybe her daughter married a Lightwood who married a Cartwright?" And then "but Lucie married Jesse and he was a Blackthorn... could they have had a daughter who married a Lightwood?" But "that wouldn't make sense. ... but wasn't Jesse's mother a Lightwood from birth and a Blackthorn to death?" I don't know how long I just laid in bed trying to figure out something that was explained later x) but I finally got it. And then started reading. ( Slow Clap)
