I'm pretty sure I'm in love with your writing and characterisation of Kurt. You gave him back that steel core that I fell in love with in s1. This was amazing. I didn't even like Adam that much but this makes me wish that the writers had actually written him a character rather than 'the random almost rebound guy'.
I think s3 disillusioned me to Blaine when the writers filled out his character.
I'm off to read the rest of your stories. Cheers.

i dont want to diss your fic in the slightest, well written and all that jazz, but the hardcore Klainer in me can't accept anything other than a yes from Kurt. I enjoyed this but i seriously hope that it is very very innaccurate :)

I love this. Although it takes the Blaine!crazy one step farther than is likely, I can totally see him pulling something very similar. THANK YOU for having Kurt and Burt talk, as well as for having Burt punish Blaine by messing with his mind. Well done.

Wait, so did Burt lie to Blaine about Kurt's favorite restaurant in order to sabotage Blaine? Or was Blaine lying about ever having talked to Burt about the proposal at all?

Trust Blaine to try to make the situation be about himself. I love that Burt told him that Kurt's most hated restaurant was his favourite - rather highlights how much klaine is focused on Blaine, not Kurt. (It's Downton Abbey though, not Downtown.)

I agree that Blaine is very in-character. On the show, he's very self-centred, and he's acting like a douche here. Kurt has every right not to sugarcoat him and be all friendly to him. Great fic.

In response to the above review, if you don't like Kadam, don't read it. And don't leave obnoxious notes for authors who don't have to share their writing with you. I thought this characterized cannon Blaine quite well, actually, based on what has actually been on the screen. Thank you for this story, because it matches my feelings quite well.

I can't stand how mean Kurt is being to Blaine...I do not like Adam.
