Nice fanfic! But from the looks of it (since this story was published in 2013), you're not going to post the last part? It'd be great if you did- I think that their relationship definitely would be slow in developing like this. Go Mai for 'scratching her way to relevance'! Lol, but anyways, love it, would be great if you continue, though I understand if you don't since this seems to be an old story for you.

You need to update this! There are not many MaixNaru stories out there that I like, and this one is really good! Didn't you mention in the author's note that the next part is your favorite!?

I absolutely adore this story, and the fact that its elements of character-study thankfully negate any frustration I would normally feel with Naru and his sad reservations. Nevertheless, I think the cautious awkwardness of his stop-and-go dynamic with Mai is why I love this pairing so much. You've just captured that aspect of their relationship so well and I can't thank you enough for that. This piece has been such a pleasure to read so far, and I'm eagerly looking forward to the next chapter.

Your portrayal of Naru is an amazing finding in the world of Ghost Hunt fanfiction itself; I've never read a more convincing depiction of his character before, and I'm sure all your other reviewers have already pointed that out. Therefore, I won't elaborate further on that note, but I do have to mention how much I admire your writing style. It is refreshing and wants for nothing. Your figurative language and diction are especially impressive and, let me tell you, I doubt I'll be forgetting "spastic ballerina" and the image it evoked any time soon, if ever. These three chapters made me laugh, feel their conflict, and love this couple even more than I already did.

I hope you continue and choose to update soon. Please keep writing; I envy your talent!

PLEASE update! This is so beautifully written! I love how IC Naru and Mai are and the structure of each sentence and the word choice made me just want to slap somebody it is so beautiful! I think I've only had the sensation of actual /pain/ in my heart while reading a fanfiction, twice before, and trust me I've read good and plenty of these GH fanfics. Please please please, update as soon as you can!
