HOOOOE! I waited until it was over to finish reading this. Good good ending. I seriously thought you had killed her, and you know what? I would have been okay with that. Thank you for your story. At first I thought that this would be a rehash of the Red River/Anatolia Story but surprisingly, it's not. You were able to craft a good, sweet, short story with fusing CCS and historical fiction. Also, kudos to you since I can see that you've done a research on the context/background of Ancient Egypt and Anatolia.
