Aw, adorable! :) 11/Rose stories are always awesome, and there's never enough of them, but including Sarah Jane is even more awesome. And the Doctor finally said I love you! Just very adorable.

One small thing... this might be an issue with the site/my computer, but I found the entirely bolded and italicized font a bit distracting. However, as I'm typing this, it's also bolded and italicized (as is the rest of the site) so that might very well be an error, and not something you intended.
