Okay! Yes, I'm back for the actual story review! First and foremost, I like how this story is more mature than most of your stories. Looking back on it, it actually makes sense; Ikebukuro is a city filled with dangers and gangs, therefore, it makes sense to add more mature themes. I also like how you added a 'condition' to Kokoro; no character is a character without some flaws. Also, her having that kind of condition is interesting, so the attraction to each other MAKES SENSE. It's also good how you get the characters to recognize their feelings; not just a bunch of the casual stuff like, "There's no way I like you, b-baka!" Casual meaning what anime is usually made up of. Emphasis on the usually. What I'm trying to say is, this story is a unique premise on what you usually find in Fanfiction. Kokoro is kind of an above-average protagonist, while Ikari is... scary. Through Ikari, you intrigue your reader by shaping her personality into one that partially resembles Izaya's. Also, in the way beginning, there's a connection to why Kokoro and Izaya might've gotten together which I like that you added. So far, a neat story! I may sound kind of non-upbeat, but that's because we're handling something mature.

Alright, so overall conclusion:

Story's pretty good. I can already recognize at which point in the timeline this story begins.

Character design? Excellent. Kokoro has a condition rarely seen in these kinds of stories, which only adds on to how intriguing it is (finally spelled intrigue without auto correct ;;!).

Grammar and spelling? So far, it's been flawless! Unless I forgot about something (my memory is TRASH, thank you very much).

So, excellent story! If you random strangers want something entertaining and *cough* more on the realistic side of things, than this is the story for you! I'm not exactly one for mature themes, but this seems like it'll go far, so I'll be sticking around! You should too! I still have a lot of homework to do :D so this is the end!

Just letting you know first, I binge watched the entire Durarara! series for this fanfiction. I mean, I might as well since there's a rabid disease keeping me with no education. *sigh* The lengths I go to to read your stories. Welp, it's a good thing this story met my expectations! Probably even exceeded it! I mean, there's a reason why you're probably my favorite author; excellent stories. Many of your stories are literally casual shounen with an extended cast, but that's not even a bad thing: in fact, it intrigues your reader. It's hard to find a story like this; a story where you can literally just grab a bucket of popcorn, sit down, and enjoy yourself through reading. When I was still a dumb kid, my family always told me to read more, but heck, now their banning me from touching fanfiction because I'm waking up at 4 AM for this stuff. For readers new to the almighty Kyandi-Akatensei, then here's a warning: do not read this person's stories. You will get addicted to the SICK ACTION and the AMAZING CHARACTER DESIGN. The amount of effort you put in to intrigue your reader is honestly amazing, and I don't even regret getting into your stories. I'm what you could call an anime addict, but you exceed "addict" in every way. You've got stories for almost everything. So, in conclusion, my fellow readers, please, just read this creature's stories. They're good. In fact, they could be called great. It's literally just fun, popcorn entertainment. I worship this author. There is a reason why this human is one of my favorite authors, and to be honest, my expectations for a good story are:
1. Barely Grammar/Spelling Mistakes
2. Good Story, Character Design, and Follows Plot
3. Literally Anybody can Sit Down and Read This
4. Stories Are Long
5. You Can Tell the Authors are Dedicated
6. The Story Fits the Genre
7. Quality Action Sequences, Romance, or Whatever the Genre
