Well hello my favorite YD fanfic writer. Hope all is well. I was surprised when I logged on to see new stories and very surprised to see a story with your name on it. I vaguely remember reading this before and reread it to catch up. I’m not sure what your plans are for updating but I hope you continue. Here is something I noticed in reading this. While reading a story innVlads perspective, you see how he’s actually good despite being a vampire and role your eyes when the slayers refuse to see it, but you’ve brought up something with this that most probably haven’t considered. From the slayers perspective, Vlad is evil and there isn’t much reason for them to believe other wise until they spy on them. Even then, Eric and Johnno have different interpretations on what they saw and heard. It gives the slayers so depth and it’s a lot harder to just roll your eyes at them. To make a reader see that is huge. Gods job. Hope you continue.

Wow, I can't believe you actually updated! I read this after I finished Changes and Homecoming and they're one of my favorite yd fics and this one also had such a good and promising start. I just reread this a few days ago and thought how sad it is that it's not getting continued as I had no actual hope that you would continue this after four years. I almost couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the update.
It's such a unique story from Jonno's POV and I'm so interested to see what Vlad will do so if you need motivation I'm still excited and definitely looking forward to more!

Or if he managed to save Robin?
Will he go after Mina for revenge?
And the mindwipe on the Branaghs...ooh, great cliffhanger!

Usually I'm not the Van Helsing's biggest fan but I can't deny it, I like Jonno, he's not a bad guy.

There aren't many stories from Johnno's view, and even less with him fighting Vlad. Maybe people will catch on? It's definitely worth reading.
