Hardly M rated, in my opinion. I think the only thing that really gets rated M these days are lemons and stuff.

btw, may i give you a few suggestion for nami's pokemon? when i read that nami have meowth and castform, i couldn't help but think nami's pokemon could be normal type or cat/feline like pokemon. Some i thought of right away is Delcatty or Liepard (i think it's better to have one rather than both), Eevee(since it have many evolutions), and maybe a female luxray (electric type, lioness). I hope you'd at least find my suggestion useful in some way D
