I'm going to be honest. I think Matt is one of the worst characters here. He is demanding of others and less polite then needed. Example 1, when Sissy was crying begging not to go inside the Pokeball, Matt demanded, "Why not?" He forced her to answer the question instead of trying to figure out why on his own. I understand where Sissy is coming from, with Matt's attitude, you'd think that if he gave you something to eat, it's like you owe him something. Matt needs to be kinder and more respectful to Sissy and Emie. When Emie asked for food, he basically wouldn't be giving you any food, unless I was sleeping with you. Matt is a bundle of emotions and attitudes that need to be adjusted.

I enjoyed the take on a Pokemon fan fiction. The anthropomorphic nature of the Pokémon and the story I think were well done and I like many of the characters especially Matt’s personality. My one problem with the story is how extreme and annoying much of the drama is with the group of lovers or former lovers around Matt it seems they can never get along and spend more time outside the room getting mad or crying than actually thinking or trying to work something out.

Came back to this story after a year or three, can't say that I'm disappointed. Can't wait to read more and I hope that your doing well Kane.

I love the story, and have for years. The writing has been entrancing from the very beginning, even with the spelling, and grammatical errors. Matt, Sissy, Emie, and everyone else are truly interesting characters to myself, and their flaws make them feel so much more real. I thoroughly enjoy your writing style, and hope that you never lose your flair and passion for writing, and this story, no matter what life throws at you. While I admit that, in my first reading years ago, I found the Kane and Clara chapters to be mildly intrusive, rereading the story now, I find the story of you overcoming your decade(s) long battle with depression to be inspiring, and reminded me of my not to dissimilar struggle. I hope that each day continues to get brighter for you, and you find success in your endeavors as an author.
