Dear god, that is one hell of a horrific nightmare.

Yeah, there's got to be a middle ground solution here somewhere. I certainly don't blame Reid for wanting to find distraction and stay close to his BAU family. But him in such a state-yeah, that just cannot bode well. Hopefully the team will be able to figure out something.

Yeah, I was telling my mom just yesterday about all the stuff poor Reid's been though over the years and shit, that list is LONG-it really is a miracle he hasn't just totally snapped by now.

I like the bit towards the end with Hotch flashing back to all those other memories, that was a good touch. Hopefully he and Emily (and the rest of the team) will be able to pull him out of this.

There's been so much tragedy already in Reid's life. I just hope the last tragedy in this story isn't his death at his own hand. I couldn't read about it. Even if this is fiction, I couldn't handle it.
I hope the whump of Reid is due to saving Emily's life.
