A damned good chapter, at last Gibbs has been put in his place, a least should of got contempt for his outburst in court, now the question is how does this court case affects Gibbs, I think for one, he should be made to scrap all his rules and work within the rules and regulations laid down in the NCIS handbook, and now it seems he is at Tony's door threatening to kick the door down, well I think it's Gibb he can be the only arrogant enough to do such a thing,

This chapter demonstrates remarkably well why I wonder how the hell they ever get any convictions. The closure rate may be sky high but the follow up? I'm thinking not so good. Great story - great job!

Poor Tony damned if he did, damned if he didn't. Wondering who is behind the door Gibbs to say he is sorry - I don't think Tony should accept after calling him all those things and believing in what happend to Never assume.

I had wondered if he/you was going after Gibbs too. I have no compassion for Gibbs, he brought this on himself. I've always thought the head slaps were humiliating, demeaning and quite frankly abusive. I like Gibbs but he can be quite self absorbed and I can see him only worrying about how this is affecting him. I'm pretty sure it is Gibbs. Why can't the man just leave him alone? Tony's been through enough. Great chapter! Can't wait to see what happens next!

So is it friend or foe (Gibbs) pounding on his door? I think footage is taken from s.2 An Eye for an Eye, s.3 Iced, s.1 Left for Dead and s.3 Probie...it is true, Gibbs has often Gibbs slapped him without real reason. Have truly loved this story and can't wait for the finale and e sequel, I hope Tony is protected and finds a suitable career, I hope he can do something about the horrible outcome of the trial and make sure that the guy doesn't get away with murder.

So Gibbs and Tony were put through the ringer. This Jefferies guys is so good at his job hes a bad guy. So now Gibbs job is in jeopardy too. Since Jefferies was only using Tony to go after Gibbs .I felt bad for only Tony. But after this feel a bit bad for Gibbs too.

i bet its Gibbs at Tonys door. Wonder what he could possibly want. Or even have to save.

Interesting read. I might have trouble watching the serie as I used to ;) with this rather screwed pov. Most of the time I can't stand Tony, sometimes though I feel sorry for him due to how the team treats him, especially in the earlier seasons. Lately he seems to have grown up, somewhat. Nevertheless, I have fun reading it (or ehm skipping through it) for the most parts. Greetings from Germany SH

yeah, Gibbs is my fave character next to Tony, and yeah, he can be a real, um, idiot. Wish they would tone him down about 40 notches on the show, but unfortunately, I can totally see him thinking and behaving like this on the series..completely self-absorbed about what an inconvenience the trial is to him and how badly HE is being treated, and not even thinking about the damage done to Tony. Thanks for the new chapter, nice job!
