Awesome!

This was absolutely stunning. I love Connor and it's great he gets to be a hero here. Helen as the villain in all this was absolutely believable, as were the effects Connor suffered as a result of his "cure". I really hope a better treatment or perhaps even some more healing can be found. A few of those genetic mutations he got could be useful though...but only if he keeps his mind and doesn't have to fight constantly against instincts.

Love Stephen helping Connor out and also that he feels guilty for teasing the kid so much.

Such things always bother me...so someone is an absolute whiz at computers, but can't walk a straight line. So what? That doesn't make him or her any less deserving of respect or makes the person less valuable. Sure, you wouldn't ask that person to participate in a sports competition, but it doesn't mean she or he is any less of a human being. A computer whiz can be a hero too. And it's not just a computer whiz- every person can be a hero and ABSOLUTELY NO ONE deserves being laughed at over things they cannot do.
Sorry, but that topic gets me going...

Will there be a sequel, maybe with more chapters?

Second time reading this story, and still love it! I prefer it a little over the other one (which I just read for the first time), but they're both great! And I like the idea to have different plots for one basic idea!

awesome. I like both versions a lot, they are both original in their own way with only the basics being the same and the rest being turned. I can't decide which one I like the most...I love them both. Great work, this is truly great material.
