Loved this. I do feel like Sam was probably having these same feelings. Last time he really messed up and this time he completely got out because he didn't know where to look and Dean is mad again!

Very nice depictions of the Confessions theme. Poor Sam, left alone to make the hard decisions. I still side with Dean on the second one-Sam should've at least *looked* before giving up Dean and hunting, but you've given me some insight into why Sam quit the hunt so abruptly.

nice...and i totally feel Sam here, i am so over all the Sam-bashing. I understand he walked away and he was never as do or die family like Dean is. So far, season 8 Sam is ok in my book! nice lil ficlets!

Sam started using his powers to get revenge on Lilith. Ruby said they could not get Dean out, she only offered him revenge. This is according to the episode I know what you did last summer. Nice story though.
