Okay, really, bravo on this. Same as your other fic, great characterization and interactions for Robin and Slade. The way you described their situation and Slade's obsession with him was especially good, it was very unsettling.

And wow, the ending was fantastic. In a kind of punch to the emotions sort of way, hahah. Robin being so completely defeated, coupled with Slade finally getting what he wanted but having it be such an empty victory, and the way you tied it all together with the last few lines, all really sad and really great.

So yeah, from what I've seen so far, you're a wonderful writer. This is a really well done and successfully emotionally impactful short story. I think the ending is perfect as is, but I wouldn't be opposed to you tying it up with a third chapter like you mentioned, if you ever felt the inspiration to do so. c:

Anyways, about your story, its seriously some intense stuff. I mean, with the the feeling of initial terror and abandonment, this short story was pure gold in many ways. I really, really loved it.

I felt like you wrote Robin and Slade very well in character, and only being two chapters, you really pulled together a great story in a short collection of words. Bravo.
