Making "Lord" his nickname was quite clever! It explains why he is called Lord Scott in the end credits of the movie.

So well done! I was on the edge of my seat, waiting for Megamind's disguise to be revealed. But I think that I like it better this way, it would have been a lot of emotional pyrotechnics if Roxanne had found out who she was really talking to! It was fascinating, to hear just how much Metro Man meant to Megamind, and for Roxanne to translate it, unknowingly, into how she believed it must have applied to Mr. Scott's life.

Ack. You got me. I didn't realize what happened until the last sentence. And destiny was such a huge part of Megamind's character.

Wonderful to see another story from you! This is a great unseen moment in the story, we don't usually get stories about the grieving afterward. Megamind's words were really telling and true to character.
