I'm giving this ceasefire five chapters max! But seriously, I'm still trying to get over how light this story is, while still managing to have the sense of impending doom hanging over it. Maybe I'm just scarred from SIW and DACP ;) But I really do love this look into a time in the series when Damon and Elena were a team, the best of friends and just struggling to make it day by day with the chaos swirling around them. Look forward to reading more!

OK! This is it! These are the kinds of chapters I want to see more of. It's the little things like this that really show the friendship that Damon and Elena have with one another and I think it's great that you took the time to write this. It's so light hearted and just sweet to see them have a moment together where no one is being held hostage or about to die or some other freak occurrence that only happens in Mystic Falls.
