This was without a doubt one of the coolest stories I have read for a while. Fantastic style.

Not too shabby I say. I cannot phone up "Houses House of Whining" bc I have no complaints :)

This story is absolutely short, sweet and adorable. At times it was almost too cute, and it seemed like the peppy (F)Imogen-inspired narrative was just going to build up and up... but then a dose of reality and Mr. Moreno's dementia. My father also battled with that disease for a short (agonizingly, slow) period before he passed. Your description of the emotions of a child struggling with and watching her parent struggling through it are painfully spot on, and that made this glimpse into Imogen's world feel still more grounded and vivid.

I loved the chemistry between the characters (your portrayal of Fimogen goes without saying) and I especially enjoyed the scenes wherein Bianca led the trio around the mall. (I like most of her character on the show already, but this had made me more biased in her favor.) There was just so much richness is the small details, in the interactions between characters, in the monologues and the dialogues. Six chapters to cover such a short span of time and not a sentence wasted.

All in all, this piece was a little better than well written, and I picked up few fun new vocabulary words on my way to reaching its very happy and satisfying conclusion. So, thanks for letting me stumble across a small, sparkly gem.

Aw, the bit at the toystore was indeed cute! :) And I love the use of "My Sharona," since that same song was used in a "Full House" episode as well. I'm glad you told me some parts of this story were "safe." Your writing has been sorely missed on FF, but I'm glad that appears to be changing!

I forgot to mention that I loved the I Love Lucy mention in the previous chapter, but there's one here as well, so I'll say it now! :) I also love your subtle humor: "bring it up"/"I think you need an anatomy lesson"! Ha! Wonderful writing as always!
