I LOVE that Cas knits! I love that Sam cooks and that they all drink tea! I also love that they keep up with the Supernatural world, aid other hunters, maintain a library and a supply shed full of gear, and still train and carry pistols!

I really loved this! You really wrote the brothers relationship well and I loved the way they go out to the impala to reminisce. The lines about "do you remember..." really stuck with me. I love retired team free will fics and this was great so thanks for writing!

This was amazing and touching. When the brothers were reminiscing while laying in the Impala, I was almost ready to cry, it was so moving.

This was so sweet! I love that each of them have their own roles within their circle, (Sam the housewife, Dean the comforter, and Cas the gentle mother) even though they're all still the same gruff men they've been since Sam and Dean were hunting and Cas was still trying to find the line between human and angel. With everything they've experienced, I don't think they'd ever manage to have normal lives, at least not completely, which makes so much sense when you talk about their storeroom and exercise patterns and the way that sometimes they have to hold each other at night.

This was beautiful and I loved every bit of it.

This is just so beautiful it made me cry. When reading the bit when Dean and Cas lay down together, there were several moments when my breath just caught because it was almost painfully perfect.
Thanks so much for writing Cas again - the connection between him and Dean is one of my favourite aspects of the show, and you capture it so perfectly that while I'm reading your stories, I can believe they could happen. Then I remember that real life script writers are not as awesome as you. In this story, as in "Except You", you portrayed Cas and Dean's relationship so very beautifully, and I just loved it.
Obviously you continue to write Dean and Sam excellently, as in your Soul Mate series. It's brilliant the way you can write this kind of story with those two Angst-factories and keep it in character. And I liked the more understated friendship between Sam and Cas - again, so true to the show.
Seriously, you are fantastic. Please, please, never stop writing these beautiful fics.

I would love for this to occur for them at the end of the last season they ever shoot - the perfect 'ending' to the Winchester's lives, but not in the morbid sense - the end of hunting and the start of freedom and relaxation. Wow, so many great visuals here, love it, lots of effort and thought, GREAT work, well done!
