This episode is one of the most perfect episodes that proves Wincest's existence. This episode was just begging for a Paperstorm tag. It's almost like it wasn't complete until you got your gifted little hands on it. And you did not disappoint. :) First of all, I love love love how you extended the drunk scene! Sammy mumbling into the smushed pillow about how Dean can't let him go bad and how he needs Dean was adorable and heartbreaking. Dean's thought process during this was right on. It's gotta be tough for Dean, walking that line with Sammy between lover and brother, friend and father, partner and protector. I really loved how you put it, how whenever Sam's upset, he instantly transforms into Dean's little brother who needs his big brother to fix his problem and I can't imagine how desperate and freaked out Dean was feeling knowing that he didn't even know where to begin with this one. And OMG, their roadside confession?! That was beautiful! Dripping with emotion, angst, passion, fear, anger, frustration, love, and just guh. I loved every word. "I can't kill you. You can't ask me to do that." "We're never supposed to lie to each other." "You drank enough to kill a frat boy." "Don't you do that. Don't say that. That word. I'm so sick of that word! I hate it! You can't say you feel that way about me and then ask me to kill you in the same sentence!" *twists knife that's sticking out of my heart* Words can't describe how much I loved this tag. Once again, it was brilliant. Now, I think it's time you submit your resume and a portfolio of your tags to the writing team at SPN and make it all official. If not, then pleeeeeease get to work on the next tag. :) Nightshifter is an unbelievably hot episode and I can't wait to see what you do with it. Nice extension to the scenes from this episode. I have a fondness for rewatching "Playthings", especially drunk!Sam's scene, and imagining what could have happened if a few more minutes had gone on. -hearts-

Great take on the ep! Well, of course, Dean! Sam is going to be more worried about you than about himself. And vice versa! Neither of them is capable of killing the other. John was a fool to think otherwise. Great back and forth between the guys on this chapter, really excellent. Did you know that I say "Oh, goody," whenever I see your alerts?

Don‘t say that to me and ask me to kill you in the same sentence! Argh! I can‘t. T.T

I loved the drunk scene, Sam high on *anything* is hilarious, but then in true SPN style it goes from funny to heartbreaking. Ah, poor, poor Dean. I loved this one, as well as your previous one "Crash", sorry I didn't get a chance to review it separately, internet's been kinda wonky. Looking forward to your next story! h

The emotion in this was so potent. God. I can just FEEL Sam's desperation and determination; Dean's heartbreak and hopelessness. Truly beautiful. Just brilliant. Please keep this up.
