While I did love the new direction, I do have to believe that Paul was OOC, because he is an adult and Sally's an adult, and I'd feel like he acted a little too much like a teenager who didn't understand consequences too much. Paul loves Percy, as a step-dad, and I feel like he wouldn't HATE him, rather just be upset. But of course he'd be more upset with the Olympians, understanding that Percy really couldn't do much and he didn't want to leave for those months. Just my thoughts. But really good story!

aww, I love the touch of paul/sally you brought into this one. If you think about it, the love between them is probably the only thing that made Paul believe the whole crazy messed up Greek world.

this is really funny, but I think Paul would be a lot more open and accepting of a 'handicapped' teacher. Since he is also a teacher, he should know better than anyone that you don't need to show in order to teach. Of course, it just made the reveal bring a smile to my face:)
