Sad, but I loved it!

Two words: beautifully heartbreaking.

It is a sad piece because Liz is dead, one of the only human connections Caroline has. Her only living parent is now gone.

And I fell for this couple hard Klaus's humanity seem to only come out around Caroline. If it is all genuine (I might love the coupling, but I'm aware there might be something behind it) then I can see that this might not be so much of a stretch. I could actually think of him keeping tabs on her and then finding out her mother died would come running back.

I psrsonaly recoment you to keep the Delena/Stelena thing out of other couples's stories. Instiped reading at the first mention of Elena and Damon together.

Not everyone likes the same ships and since it's not in the Delena or Stelena 's stories we are in. Better don't make it much about it.
