| Runecutter chapter 1 . 10/10/2012 That are some mixed signals Harry's giving there, aren't it? Of course the ending alone shows where his real feelings and preferences lie, even when he hasn't already figured it out for himself, but the thoughts about Ron wanting to date Hermione or about the attractiveness of Ginny are a bit misleading for the most part of it. Or maybe it's just the attempt to force the book dynamic onto a not book dynamic compatible story idea? I can't say. I love the ending and what stands behind it, i'm not really comfortable with the strong influx of "OBHWF" in the earlier parts of the fic. |

| Harmony4life chapter 1 . 8/27/2012 It is very well-written and insightful, as usual, but a little wee bit too canon-compliant that leaves me a twinge of discontent and wistfulness. I am always frustrated with this classroom scene. For the life of me, I can't make sense of canon Hermione 's reaction to Ron's fling with Lavender. I don't think she would sink that low...and the " green monster in the chest" thing of Harry is so out- of- no- where, so fake, so shallow that it upsets me to no end... I hope you might continue a sequel, or sth of the sort to fix this! Please give the broken boy and his great heroine a chance to realize their true feelings for each other! That how every storybook should end :d |
