Don't listen to the haters, I think your story is amazing. You have a real gift for writing, I hope you keep it up.

The word you're looking for is wonder not wander. Wander means walk or move in a leisurely, casual, or aimless way while wonder is a feeling of surprise mingled with admiration, caused by something beautiful, unexpected, unfamiliar, or inexplicable which is what you were trying to convey. I would have let that go and wrote it off as a typo, but you made this mistake on multiple occasions which told me you didn't know the difference.

Honestly speaking I loved this story but then absolutely fucking hated it at the same time. No hard feelings, but your version of Katniss was just so unlikable (Like honestly, I imagined killing her at least three times each chapter), however there were some instances when she was bearable, allowing me to enjoy her moments with Gale in the story. Therefore, I can say that this book was a roller coaster for me. You're a great writer :)

I legitimately do not understand why someone would go to a fic that obviously isn't their wheelhouse due the fact that is noted clearly in the description that it's not your ship. And then it makes even less sense to not only leave a comment, but one that obviously will be lost on deaf ears because you're in the wrong story. These people obviously don't quite grasp the concept of fanfiction because saying someone's an idiot because it's not cannon even more idiotic than coming to a story that you clearly know you won't like. Although I would like to point out that Katniss and Peeta aren't really that meant to be. As Gale pointed out she only shows him affection when he's wounded and she does the same with Peeta. Unfortunately Peeta's always at least wounded physically or mentally hence why she chooses him. She "needs" him to be safe and he's not really good at doing that on his own unlike Gale who survive on his own. He's simply her "type" and an unhealthy one at that because eventually he's either going to be okay and she'll get bored or she's going to get tired of him always relying on her. As much as I love her with Gale, he's also not her meant to be due to the fact that they're both really head strong and aren't that flexible on compromise. If you guys really wanted to promote a ship that would follow cannon to the best of her characterization it would either be an OC or she gets older, wise and makes the decision then instead of exactly after the most traumatic events in her life. I believe the author of the book left it so those things could happen because nothing's quite set in stone yet which is perfect.

I really like the point you make about her hating him more because she loved him. That makes a lot of sense and explains a lot.

The story is good. U write well and im a big fan of gale . But sex for EVERY chapter? It loses the thrill and actually gets a bit boring. Include some more story with the sex

No worries, I don't take any of them to heart. In fact, I'm okay with them. If trying to discourage me by utter ignorance and a few cuss words makes them feel better than by all means they should go ahead-they are only blatantly telling me that I'm above them. I am loving this story and have yet to finish! Don't listen to those dumb asses and if my language offends you I'm sorry. That is not my intention!
