Good stuff! There's not enough Naruto/Darkstalkers crossovers on the site. X)

I do like how Naruto is a werewolf like Jon Talbain. I'm also happy that he didn't become a blonde werewolf, that would've been strange looking. It's ok for a fox but definitely not a wolf. It's also good that you veered away from making Naruto's past too dark, but more about dealing with being isolated from his peers all of his life. It sets the stage nicely for his new discovery of his true nature, and him dealing with the fallout of those who will want him as a weapon, or view him as a monster and kick him out of the village.

I wonder how this will effect the genin's team assignments? It would be a waste to stick Naruto with a team when he could be getting training to use his Darkstalker form to it's maximum potential. I'm not even sure that the Inuzuka could teach Naruto how to fight with his new form, so it'll be interesting to see what you've got in mind for Naruto in the future chapters.

I'm wondering who sealed off Naruto's Darkstalker heritage, and what was their purpose in doing so? Whoever it was must've planned on keeping him weak, and I gotta think that it would be someone pretty high up in Konoha's power structure.

I'm hoping that you'll keep the Naruto pairing(s) to only the female Darkstalkers. It would be interesting to have him staying with his kin as far as his relationships go. He would be apprehensive of the shinobi if he suddenly became popular with them just because of his new physical changes and abilities.

If you're going to give Naruto a harem, I'd like to vote for the following Darkstalkers to be added:

Hsien-Ko and Mei-Ling

Felicia

Morrigan

Lilith

Q-Bee
