The plot was amazing and you made the characters became more lovely than what they already was.

This turned out to be much more than I had expected. The summary leaves things completely to the imagination, so I was a bit unsure.

However, I fell in love with this story almost instantly. Your writing is unbelievably descriptive and deep. The story is very long, but I never got bored or tired or felt that you were dragging things out; I was captivated. Magnetised.

I could make a list of all the things I liked in this story, but that list would end up being ridiculously long. To mention a few things, I loved the relationship between Thor and Sif and Sif dying her hair black, I loved Loki's hospitalization (it really broke my heart), and of course I loved Thor standing up to Odin.

Long story short, I loved everything. Great writing, great characterisation, many feels. This story is truly brilliant!

This fanfiction is definitely one of the best out there, good pacing, character interpretation and most of all you language/writing style- it is amazing. You leave me longing for more.

This is probably the best Thorki AU story that I've come across upon! I love how Odin is in this story. Even as a human he still has that kingly aura radiating. Although, it is kind of sad how Loki's life had been during his younger years, but that's what makes this whole Thorki relationship sensually delicious! The bittersweet taste of Thorki stories is what I search for in this fandom, and this short story had filled my Thorki craving!

Your story is indeed one of the best. And I hope you read this review that I left to know how amazing you are! I hope you make more Thorki fans out of your stories because you've certainly made me love them more! I hope you write more of this couple! And keep up on keeping up! :)

I wasn’t expecting much when I started reading but I fell in love with your writing right away. It’s so beautifully descriptive and deep, it’s like your molding a new language with already known words. I love the way you tell things, whole conversations, without a word actually being uttered. The characterization was perfect and I never would have thought that I’d like an AU where Thor and Loki aren’t Aesir. The dynamics between the characters, between Thor and Sif, the boys and Odin but, of course, most of all Thor and Loki were fluid and mesmerizing.
I maybe would have liked a little more action in the present time, not that their past wasn’t interesting enough, but I don’t know, it might have been a bit more exciting. But maybe you avoided that on purpose since most of the actual plot was based on in internal conflict.

This was so lovely I'm practically sobbing. Five stars, all the awards - this is Thoki at its best.

This story is simply perfect! I adore it! I love the somewhat non-linear storyline because it plays perfectly together. I think you do a really good job of keeping everyone in character despite it being AU (which I love) and I like the roles the minor characters played in it. Overall this is a brilliant piece of work and I'm glad to have read it!

I love the inner turmoil and flashbacks, and the writing is just so distinct and detailed.
Plotted brilliantly, Thor finally stands up to Odin and tells him what's what and no you can't have a say in this.
A lot of fan fics usually just brush over the morality of the situation, but you delved into it so well and handled it amazingly.
I only found this fic through a tumblr rec and I'm so glad I did. Loved it to the last moment!

This is so eloquently written, I loved every bit of it and deliberately read slowly so it would end later because it was just that great! I love this meant-to-be relationship you described, how it never could be any other way, how skewed it is yet perfect with its flaws, how you have their personality, and how you gave us a nice ending.
