| BlueEyedBrigadier chapter 3 . 9/22/2018 As much as Steve's a good Catholic, I've long thought he was a poster boy for what I've been told is called Lutheran Work Guilt...that being idle when work needs to be done is something certain people just can't abide, for a variety of reasons. I imagine, since becoming enhanced via Erskine's Super Soldier Serum, Steve just can't remain idle when he could be doing volunteer work or stopping crime or rescuing pets stranded in trees. |
| BlueEyedBrigadier chapter 2 . 9/22/2018 You really capture the essence of MCU Tony Stark here...his behaviour surrounding lost loved ones and friends are less about not giving a care and more about using the pain and sadness and rage to fuel on efforts to make the losses mean something. I mean, in the comics, his parents seemingly dying in a car accident drove Tony to develop amazing new designs for braking systems that were the starting point for his inventing career! Excellent stuff so far! |
