Danzo thinking that just because the IGNORANT/UNINFORMED/RETARDED CIVILIANS think of Naruto as the Kyubi in Human form that they could use him to scare the other villages is dumb when they've all got their own Jinchuriki that with the exception of Suna are all SIGNIFICANTLY older/more experienced than Naruto and then Danzo calling Naruto a beast when he knows that's not the case as he knows Naruto is just a child but doesn't care as he sees him as the ultimate weapon |
