Tony should have asked then why he didn't punish Abby then instead of always taking her side and covering up the things she does. Why doesn't punish her for her bullying and using threats to have him fire someone just so that they will do what ever she wants even if it's against agency policies and then plays little miss innocent and acts like the victim. Why don't you force her to tell the whole truth instead of accepting her whines that she did nothing wrong and she didn't know why someone was angry with her or had yelled at her. Also, Tony should have reminded Gibbs that he isn't his child anymore than Abby, Tim or Ziva.
