Good writing! There weren't grammatical errors (at least, not that I know of), and there are enough enters to make the story not confusing for the reader.

This story was also heart-wrenching. Poor Lovino!

In my mind, Lovino forgiving Antonio was not the best thing. While I never have been cheated on before, I feel that it must hurt. Your boyfriend/girlfriend is someone you should be willing to share personal space (if you're younger, not that close though!), personal feelings, hopes, dreams, stuff like that. Just like what a family member should be. If family, and/or someone you put so much trust in, smashed that trust, then how would you feel? Also, Antonio was doing it because he wanted more affection. If he didn't think that Lovino was affectionate enough, why didn't he just break up with him? While I believe that the best method is to try and talk it out first, (in case you find out something regretful later, or feel regret for other reasons later), it would still be kinder to just break up with them (Both ways would probably jump all over that trust and faith, but at least if you just break up with them you won't be a liar as well). I also think that Lovino is a very headstrong and fiery character, and would not willing to submit himself to this again.

I do understand that this is a prompt. Cheating is a terrible thing, and could you possibly had just turned down the prompt for morality reasons? If the person giving the prompt is not your friend, then I don't think you should care about what they think about you. However, is that person is your friend, then they should understand the values you have, and be accepting.

Ludwig accepting Feliciano's kiss was also a part that diagreed with me. Feli had just managed to break two people's heart in a row (cheating on someone his brother's with, and just using Spain). First off, how does Ludwig know that Feli will stay loyal to him? A bunch of words, that had apparently been meaningless with Spain? I also honestly feel Ludwig would have had morals that clashed again with someone like Feli.

Antonio and Feli's action also seem very OOC. Again, I know that this is part of the prompt, but they seem to love Lovino too much to do anything that would hurt him that much. Also, I think the two, as people, are just too kind and loving to anything like that.

All in all, there were some parts my personal feelings disagreed with, but the writing is very good! Keep on going!

OK Well this is fucked up normally I almost never review a story But this one got me so mad I honestly couldn't read the end of it
I seriously don't get why Romano forgave Spain I think he was kind of OOC because I think the actual Romano would've just beaten his bastardly cheating ass
I mean really he knew of Romano's insecurities And he still went ahead And cheated Spain doesn't deserve Romano

Antonio is lucky that Lovi loves him so much, because damn that betrayal must HURT. Feli, what are you thinking, doing that to your brother? I like how the two decides to move away from Feli and go through the recovery of their relationship and Lovi's health together elsewhere. They need that healthy break.

One thing that I kept wondering though... did Antonio actually love Feli? It seems like he is trying to say he doesn't, not like how he loves Lovi, but he also says that Feli broke his heart...
I like to think that he doesn't love Feli, but was just addicted to the feeling of affection. I hope I'm right. :)
