I am in despair at finding that this story has not been updated for some time. Very disappointing. I love this story! So much fun. Well done. Please finish it. I want to see John grow up and become Sherlock's friend again. Just thinking about what John would put Sherlock through during his teenage years puts a smile on my face.

I'm sad you haven't updated since January. I do hope this isn't the end.

You asked for prompts, so I'd like to offer a couple of suggestions. Assuming Moriarty survives the rooftop suicide, perhaps he discovers that John has been de-aged and attempts to or succeeds in kidnapping him as leverage against Sherlock. Once he has him, he is either thoroughly charmed by child!John, John is well taken care of in a locked room and utterly unaware that anything bad has happened, or John figures out he was kidnapped and cleverly annoys Moriarty to the point of practically handing him back to Sherlock for a song.

Or, as John hits teenagerhood, Mycroft realizes that there are places a child can go that an adult can, and needs John to help stop a terrorist attack or some threat to the country. Sherlock is both anxious to let John participate in something dangerous, and jealous that it was not himself that was called on for help.

John has always sort of known what was happening to him, but he gets a fuller explanation and then goes to see Harry, who reveals that her inability to take care of her little brother and shield him from their parents was part of what started her alcohol problem. She agrees to rehab again for regular visits/tutoring sessions with her brother.

Sherlock freaks out the first time John brings a girl home. Or accepts it as part of adult John's behaviour pattern and allows them to do something most parents wouldn't - such as be alone in his room together - and gets long lectures from everyone from Mrs. Hudson to Lestrade, who are worried John will go too far. Sherlock has no idea why he should be concerned about it.

The Woman returns and thinks domestic Sherlock and little John are hilarious.

I was having a terribly boring day. Then I found this..omg! This truly is the highlight of my day. It's really good. It has the right amount of cuteness and humour in it. I wish you would update sooner. Would it be nice to have something bad to happen to them? That child kidnapper case...hmm..is he going to...you know...well..john is a child right?..

I hope you are not as bad as mycroft and sherlock when it comes to grammar because I am committing a very serious grammar offence right now.

I honestly can't get over how much I love John as a child. This may be my new favorite thing. I used to love those indoor play grounds as a kid, easily one of the things I miss the most about childhood.
