Jack Napier aka Joker would be the master, driven into madness and all - or Harvery Dent if you wanted to keep the 'best friend' til one cracked thing going. XD

okay, so I'm trying to imagine just how this sort of universe would work. why would superman ever need to bother running? Is he severely under-powered or something? I get that in this instance, he'd want to be protecting his identity from Lois, but while travelling around, what could possibly make Supes and WW run away the majority of the time?
