ooihcnoiwlerh chapter 1 . 3/13/2014 I'm early into season two, and have to admit that I think Alfonso of Naples would have fit in beautifully with the Borgia family, given his-at times-morally dubious views, sharp wit, and sometimes dark sense of humor, and would've liked to have seen more of him. I like this a great deal...fills in the missing scenes of banter between him and Lucrezia that I would have enjoyed seeing. They would have made a delightfully shrewd pair. |
Lalaith Yamainu chapter 1 . 1/10/2014 Oooooh, loved it! |
partlysunny chapter 1 . 9/8/2013 Great story! You wrote a good Alfonso, better than the one in the show, I think. Well done! |
WolfQueen110 chapter 1 . 10/14/2012 Amazing! I loved reading this! Thank you! |
shivaun18 chapter 1 . 8/5/2012 WHY DO I GO INTO THESE STORIES KNOWING HOW THEY'LL END NOW I JUST WANT TO DIE |
Chrystle Ayer chapter 1 . 6/10/2012 That was gorgeous! Why'd they have to re-cast Augustus? He was the perfect Alfonso! Anyway, loved the story! The first Borgia fic that made me hate Cesare. Thanks! Off to re-read! |
voodooqueen126 chapter 1 . 5/31/2012 So pissed off that they killed Alfonso. |
CavalierQueen chapter 1 . 5/23/2012 Very well done! I need to pay more attention to who Alfonso is. I'm so focused on Cesare, I guess I totally miss everyone else. LOL. |
ilyawh chapter 1 . 5/14/2012 Brilliant. At first I thought he was going to be that Alfonso too and I really did see it coming - all throughout season 1. I imagined it in various ways but this is probably the most accurate description one could make of what they could have been and it is brilliantly written. Unfortunately Season 2, Episode 1, ruined all my hopes and now I am waiting to see that Alfonso again. I swear to God, if they make him a worthless good looking model who's just handsome and nothing else, instead of this funny dude, I will stop watching. |
Phoenix Satori chapter 1 . 4/21/2012 yet again, perfectperfectperfect. lovely-dark and bittersweet, vibrant-and-violent, just how i like my borgias (historical and fictional alike); lucrezia's characterization, especially, was brilliant. you handle the dichotomy of her person le fabulously. gorgeous. |
