Very well written Jacob/ Leah story!

UHHHHH... I LOVED IT. GREAT JOB!

As others have pointed out, Leah fucking Paul after imprinting on Jake is ridiculous. Jake mooning over Bella after (assumedly) imprinting on Leah is equally ridiculous. Imprinting is described as world shifting, and so far it's barely even been mentioned.

Also, you've turned Leah and her mother into Mary Sues. We get it. Leah's the best at everything and puts all those dumb boys in their place and no one has any problems with her taking over the pack after a close vote. We also get that Sue Clearwater is so much better than all those dumb old men on the council.

Furthermore, wolf packs don't change alphas off of votes. It's a messy, bloody, often lethal affair.

Here's my biggest problem, though. You sold this as a "close to canon, except Leah and Jacob imprint," except now you're so AU that it's frankly ridiculous.

I could deal with Leah becoming Alpha (even though it was expressly stated in canon that it was by bloodline) with only minor eye rolls, but throwing away everything we know about imprinting is just too much.

I don't think you plotted any of this story out beforehand and that you're just throwing out whatever happens to pop into your head at the time. Also, your frankly disgusting portrayal of literally every male character as either weak, dumb, or perverted is the true icing on the cake.

I'm not reading any further. 3/10 (you get the three points for having relatively few grammatical errors)

First, I’d just like to start by saying that I love your writing style and I also love the way you portrayed Leah so accurately in accordance to the books. You are obviously a very talented writer. But, I have a major problem with this book which is why I’m gonna stop reading it now, not that it matters cuz you have a ton of other readers. I just wanted to get my frustration out on some sort of platform. Imprinting is described by Stephenie Meyer as something that is uncontrollable and unchangeable. You don’t choose how, when, who it happens. In the same way, it should not be possible for Jacob to still be hung up on Bella after imprinting on Leah. Leah shouldn’t be able to sleep around with Paul at all because it would be impossible for her to even think about cheating on Jacob. I’m not an expert, but I’m pretty sure the way Stephenie Meyer described it in the book was that after a wolf imprints, that person becomes the center of their universe. That’s how it was for Jacob with Renesmee in the original story. Therefore, it should be impossible for Leah to make a “mistake” by having sex with Paul and for Jacob to still be hung up on Bella because he’s an immature teenager. Once you imprint, that’s it for life. They should both realistically be only thinking about each other. Choise is out of the question when imprinting is involved. At least, that’s how I perceive it to work. Again, I’m a big fan of your writing, just had to get my viewpoint out there :)
