Erm... The definition for OCD seems a lot more like what the media portrays it as than the disorder, from what little I've researched of it and heard described. I assume that there ARE people that have it manifest in orderliness, but the biggest defining aspect of it is the obsessive thoughts. Not in relation specifically to neatness, but the obsession itself and its effect on people's life.
