Hilarious! Actually Jack should have asked who Brick saw do it on TV first. That was a foolish mistake on his part. It would have had a perfect set up for a lesson on the difference between reality and fantasy.

OMG! I loved this story! Gave us a whole new prospective of the father/son relationship between the two. It wasn't always so hard between them. Which had to hurt all the more when his father seemed to pull away after Guy's death. With the "spew" statement in mind, I read and his reluctance of explaining why he didn't stop I was expecting it was done on a dare, or one of the boys somehow caused his continuing on into the wall. Last thing I expected was the Roadrunner! Even reading it, I was thinking...okay maybe a sports athlete called himself Roadrunner after the cartoon. Made perfect sense...I was never big into that sport. So when he then commented on the coyote trying it and failing...well it was a good thing I wasn't drinking! But I did laugh so hard that because my window was open my next door neighbor heard me and called in asking if I was okay.

Thank you sooooo much for a wonderfully well written story, that completely captured the show and brought a smile and laugh to my day!
