LOL. I think I laughed as hard as Louisa did at Martin's offer to write her emails for her...a sure way to discourage interest in her program. I think Martin is working a little too hard to find fault with Louisa's attention to care for herself; she is being quite responsible. At least she is understanding of his concern and not reacting negatively, as she likely would have in the past...progress.

Ah Martin. I'm glad Louisa is able to see the funny side of his obsession with her health.
I also really liked your opening line, "Invasion's over". That's Louisa's humor again, letting us know that this would be a lighthearted chapter of Martin fussing and Louisa putting up with it. Thanks for the update

Lol! I seem to have worries like that (how emails sound to others) with my husband. Martin did quite well though, staying in his shed for that amount of time. Thanks for updating!

Martin protective as always. I suppose given the type of care he suffered from his horrid parents it is understandable that he would be so worried about Louisa, even when nothing is wrong.

I have enjoyed this story and am glad you returned to it. It is always disappointing to discover a good FF story, only to learn it was abandoned before reaching its conclusion.

It is good to see that Martin already has found a good use for his new office. It will end up being a benefit to both him and Louisa in ways other than originally anticipated.

Sounds like Martin's office is quite nice, a good place to sneak away from the family when it gets too noisy. I am wondering how Louisa's meeting with everyone at their home will go - I'm thinking some kind of medical emergency, or just something will go wrong.
