I feel Kate's pain, the yellow fever vaccine isn't fun at all. It hurts like hell, and you're not allowed to donate blood for the next 8 years, but so much better than the other possibilities. I thought the idea of Alexis dating a guy who'd asked to marry her already was so sweet!

Poor Kate. You did a great job in showing how frustrated she is at being sick. Plus she was being a bad patient as you had Rick say.

I was wondering why Kate was sick when it was revealed that she took a vaccination for going to Panama. I liked how you had Rick want to change the destination especially since it was going to be their honeymoon. But I think she appreciated the gesture.

The ending was great.

I liked the ambiguity of not being able to pinpoint just where this was occurring in their relationship timeline until the end. It was a fun reveal that she was reacting to a shot in preparation for their honeymoon.

I loved the bit about the child's Tylenol! That is so perfectly Castle! As always, you captured the fun and the love that these two share, perfectly.
